Artist’s style is character-focused with visible lineart, not heavily rendered, and slightly raw/messy finish.

Artist provides free solid color background.

When posting the artwork, Client must include credit: @uningka (X) and/or @unigoun (TikTok).

Rights & Usage

Artist retains full copyright ownership of the artwork, including the right to display, promote, and showcase it.

Client may upload the artwork to their own accounts.

Artwork is strictly for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

If Client requests the artwork not to be posted or used in Artist’s portfolio (Private Commission), there will be +80% fee.

Commercial & Freebies:
• Commercial use +400% fee, with a maximum of 150 physical prints.
• For freebies +100% fee.

Restrictions:
• Client is allowed to trace artwork for personal study only. Tracing for any other use will result in +500% penalty fee.
• Any use of AI to artwork (editing, training, or altering) is prohibited and will result in +500% penalty fee.

Commitment & Agreement

Client must provide clear references.

Client agrees to the Artist’s style and interpretation.

Slight differences in color may occur due to Artist’s style.

Both parties agree to keep private messages and personal information confidential.

Payment

Accepted payments:
• USD via Wise (international)
• IDR via CIMB Niaga / Jago (local)

Commissions are not first come, first served.

Once order is confirmed, Client will receive an invoice.

Client can choose to do full payment or upfront payment of minimum 60%.

Invoice must be paid within 72 hours (3 days), or the commission may be canceled.

Client agrees not to issue chargebacks.

The rest of the payment must be completed before final delivery.ㅤㅤ

Workflow

Work begins after payment is received.

Artist sends colored sketch.

Client may request up to 3 revisions at sketch stage.

After approval, Artist proceeds to lineart. From this on, no further revisions will be accepted unless initiated by Artist.

Artist will provide progress updates throughout the process.

Artist will send a preview of final artwork, and Client completes final payment.

Final artwork is delivered as PNG via Google Drive.

Deadlines

No rush orders are accepted.

Estimated turnaround time is 2–3 weeks, depending on queue, complexity, and personal matters.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if:
• Artist cancels the commission due to incapability, or
• Work has not started at all within 8 weeks.

If Client cancels after work has started, no refund will be issued.

Waiting List

If slots are full, Client may request to join the waiting list.

Artist will contact Clients when slots reopen or when Artist is ready to work on commissions again.

No response within 120 hours (5 days) will result in removal from the list.
